What is BCCA?

The Lake Montezuma Property Owners Association, (LMPOA) was founded in 1967 to serve the residents of Lake Montezuma, Rimrock and the greater Beaver Creek, Arizona area. The name was changed to the Beaver Creek Community Association in 2017, to identify our broader community of Beaver Creek, including residents of McGuireville, Rimrock, and Lake Montezuma. The BCCA Board meets each month in the Beaver Creek Adult Center. BCCA follows a range of issues that affect the Lake Montezuma/Rimrock and Beaver Creek unincorporated areas of Yavapai County.

Our Mission

Our goal is to provide up-to-date and accurate information about our Community. We particularly welcome those property owners who do not live in the community. This should be a great way for you to be informed and to add your comments and opinions. BCCA serves members from Lake Montezuma, Rimrock, and around the country. Yearly dues of $25 support the maintenance of Rollins Park, responsible donations to various community efforts and needs, and pay for this web site and the printing and mailing of the quarterly newsletter. Join us for our Holiday Fest in December, Concerts in the Park on Sundays in the spring and fall, and monthly participation in community events and policy at our meetings.

Prospective small businesses that may be looking to relocate are welcome. We have a large and willing workforce. We are particularly eager to have businesses that serve basic needs such as food, recreation and medicine.

Our communities are growing. It is projected that the population in Yavapai County will grow by 118% in the next 50 years. You can be a part of helping to shape that growth.
